If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other replacement items or exercise the right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return/refund request.

The right of return and withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:

• the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
• the products must be returned in their original packaging and with the guarantee seal applied to the product (not always present on all products);
• returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

" Gift Card " (purchase voucher for the same amount as your order which allows you to keep the money online in order to be able to use it as virtual money on the site);

" Refund " (you will receive the amount relating to the individual products purchased, on the payment method used when ordering).

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the return to our office, to verify that the goods arrive returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.

The customer is required to bear the return handling costs unless he has received a defective product. In this case no cost will be charged.

We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in an unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Returned at Saveone physical store

If you wish to return one or more products from your order placed online at our store, you will not be charged return management costs.

Exchanges and refunds in Italy

In case of orders placed in Italian territory you can make the return request , and in the event of an exchange or gift card request, the costs of managing the return will be completely borne by Saveone. In the event of a refund request, €10 will be deducted for management costs.
You can choose whether to deliver the package to a UPS collection center with the label that will be sent to you via email, or request a home collection.
As soon as we receive the package in the warehouse, we will ship the new product.

Exchanges and refunds in the EU

In the case of orders placed outside the Italian territory (EU), the same procedure applies for the return request .

The home collection of the return will be managed by Saveone, and €20 will be deducted for the management of the return.

In case of orders placed outside the European territory (Extra EU) the same procedure applies for the return request .

The home collection of the return will be managed by Saveone, and €30 will be deducted for the management of the return.

Other non-refundable products:

Gift Cards (gift cards), Books, Grooming Products.

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:

• If the order is not in original condition, damaged or there are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error;
• the order was returned more than 14 days after delivery.
